I want to know if permission can be added on request types on JIRA Service Portal.
Scenario:
I have many customers, i want some customers to have access only on Request Type 1 and some on Request Type 2, both requests are in the same project.

Hi Swarna,
That is currently not available in Service Desk but is a much voted issue:

However, if you are Server this Plugin: Extension for Jira Service Desk works beautifully, I presently depend heavily on it.
