I have a workflow already published with several statuses. The first status has approvals. Normally an issue is created and the Jira Approvals appear on the first status of that issue. After the issue is approved the issue transitions through a series of subsequent statuses before completing.
What I'm trying to do is bulk import a bunch of old issues that are completed. However, I'd like to record who approved those issues during import so that I can just import all the old issues with the done status.
What I'm trying to avoid is importing all of these old issues into the first status and manually approving every one of them (which still isn't great because I won't have record of the original approvers).
Is there any way to accomplish this on import?
