To save time in implementing the JIRA API, it would be nice to be able to formulate an email such that it could create multiple JIRA Service Desk tickets (rather than send individual emails for each ticket).
Is this sort of thing possible?
Hi @Mark Ferbert - This is not possible with the native functionality available in JIRA/JSD. What you could possibly try exploring is this plug-in available in the Marketplace.
