Is it possible to enable Customers to transition some steps of a workflow from the Customer portal?

Hi,

I would like to enable customers to transition some steps of the project workflow from the Customer portal. I found following question / answer, but I'm not sure how to use it.

In our projects, the customers are only going to have access to the Customer portal.

Is it possible at all?

Hi Julie - to do this you would actually edit the workflow. Select the transition you want to make visible to the customer then select "Show Transition in the customer portal" You will only be able to locate this when in diagram view of the workflow. See customer view in next comment
