Is it possible to fill a custom field with all Jira projects available in my org?

I would like to fill a custom field in my JSM with all active Jira projects available in my org. and also ideally a field with all confluence spaces available in my org. 

This so we can handle change requests in our general Jira/Atlassian setup and know for which project the request is.

Does anyone know if this is possible, I couldn't find a way myself.

Hello @Tanja van Wijk ,

This won't be possible since custom fields cannot handle API calls which would be tied for both Jira projects and Confluence spaces. 

Alternatively, why not create a dynamic form in JSM that will ask the stakeholders for the specific change that they would like to have?
