Is it possible to have a request where people can fill out multiple lines like a spreadsheet?

Hello,

We're building out a accounts payable form so that employees an submit their expenses. They will have more than 1 expense to claim so was wondering if there is a way of them submitting requests for the same form but in a spreadsheet format so they don't have to log a request for each item.

Is that possible?

Thank you

Hello @Harry Bob ,

You could create somethings that looks very similar using the app Elements Checklist on your JSD portal (one of the apps my team makes).

You can create a checklist that works like a form, with multiple columns and different options like select lists, date, number, text, or even calculated attributes.

Here's a quick example of what it could like like when someone is filling out the form on the Jira Service Desk Portal:

And a quick screen capture of what it looks like once the issue has been created

You could add a calculated attribute to the Elements Checklist that automatically calculates VAT or calculates how much should be reimbursed (based on a per diem limit for example). And then use a footer to total everything up.

Hope that give you an idea of a solution you could use.
