I have a service desk project, and an internal development project.
My support team analyzes the customer's issues, and creates a linked issue in the internal development project.
But it may happen that the customer decides to add new comments, or new attachments to their original ticket.
Is there a way to have those new comments or attachments automatically propagated to the linked issue in the internal project?
