Is it possible to use OAuth 2.0 impersonation in Jira Server/Data Center?

I see that starting from version 8.x the Jira Sserver/Data Center already supports Oauth 2.0:

But as for impersonation, I could find information for Jira Cloud only:

Is this possible for Jira Server without using third-party addons?
