Is there a way to send an email to multiple recipients that auto populates issue data?

So i have a very interesting business process. I am trying to send emails to customers by creating an issue, then sending them an email with the issue field info being populated into the email. Is there a plug in that will allow me to do this? I am currently using the "Email Task" plug in but it is not working as well as we would like. I also noticed the yasoon outlook connector app which is amazing for what it does. However i cant figure out how to basically reverse the process. How do i send info i already have in a Jira issue via email? Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Email This Issue seems to be the way to go here. Among other things it allows you to configure custom email templates which can render issue field values in their body. And then you can configure a post function to send an email using these templates.
