I want to be opened an issue automatically by Jira Service Desk when Jira sent to any email to us. The Issue title should be copied from the specific area in the mail body. Are we have any add-on or somethingelse. Thanks for your response...
I just want to be sure that; you mean creating an issue by e-mail?
If yes, JIRA Service Desk has a feature. So that, when customer sends e-mail, request becomes an issue in your service desk.
