I created 2 projects. Project A and Project B have the same automation. Project A cannot change to another state if the issue is changed to 'Completed'. Project B can change the issue to 'Completed' and then to another state. Like Project B, I want to make it possible to change the issue to 'Completed' and then change it to another state.
