Hi All
I have added a New Status i.e., Call / Meeting in Jira Workflow.
After adding it to workflow,I Published it with Backup On.
Now the Status is Visible & Issue can be switched to this Status.
But All Tickets, who has this Status only appear in All Issues List instead of All Open List

It looks like you're using custom filter to see all open issues, where Statuses were entered manually (something like: Status IN ("In Progress", "Backlog") AND resolution is EMPTY). You'll need to fix it, add new Status.
Or, the better way is to use Status Category. There you can search for all issues that, for example, are in "To Do" statuses (grey colour) or for "In Progress" statuses (blue colour)
You request for all open Issues can look like:
statusCategory != Done AND resolution IS EMPTY

Yes, you are Right.
I assumed that it is Jira Default.
But, when I checked, The New Status "Call / Meeting" was not included. Now I have Added the New Status & it is Visible in All Open List
