Issue dragging files or emails to Jira Service Desk Issues

When dragging an email or file to attach to an issue, the following error is displayed:

We couldn't save your comment 

it might be empty or have invalid formatting. if you copy-pasted, try removing the formatting and adding it directly in the editor.

I have tested with very small, simple text files and nothing appears to work. I did see posts about this issue in other feeds. 

Is anyone else having issues?

Are you referring to the customer portal or the agent view ?

Sorry - the agent view not the customer portal.

AND - magically this morning, I am now able to drag and drop emails and other attachments and save without getting an error. SMH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Further reviewing this matter, I can see that during the weekend our infrastructure team was notified of multiple customers having the same issue you described. Due to that the infrastructure team investigated and addressed the matter, that said everything should be working as expected now.
