I have different groups of agents in Jira Service Desk like group1, group2, group3.
I want to create issues security level such that only group1 users can access or see the issues with custom field of value 1. And group2 only can see the issues with custom field of value 2. etc . How can do this. Pls help.

Alternatively, you can create 3 different security level and set issue security level in create transition depending on cf values. It may help.

We are integrating our website with jira service desk.
Our application have different modules module1,module2,module3.
Users need permissions to different modules.
UserA may have permission to module1. UserB have permission to module2, module3 like that.
Users can only create requests of modules they have access.
And there will be a dedicated agent team/group for each module in jira they should only process/see those issues of respected modules.
I think i can implement it with custom fields.
