Hi Team,
We are using a HR Service Management and added feature --> Board.
We created some issues and after some days the issues are getting hided in the board.
But I dont know how to unhide the issues or is there any way for setting the date for a month? to hide and others to be visible ?
Please let me know if we options for un-hiding the issues from board section.
Hello @Santhosh Raj
What is the status of the issue that are being hidden? Are those issues in a "done" (green colored) status?
Yes I have like 5 green colored and often getting hided. Is it because of the "Done" progress it gets hidden.
Also I want the tickets be hided monthly like that. So is there any option like that @Trudy Claspill

Hello @Santhosh Raj
The Board feature for a JSM project will hide "done" issues automatically when they have been in a green status for two weeks or longer. This is not a configurable option in that board.
If you have the Jira Software product installed, then you could create a filter to retrieve the issues from your JSM project and create a new kanban board based on that filter. In that type of board the hiding of "done" issues has a few times periods from which to choose.

OOPS!!. Then will we receive any update for the board in JSM anyhow.
Because it would be very helpful and is there any way for suggesting it to Atlassian @Trudy Claspill

There is already a change request for it. You can add your vote/comments to it.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-13564
And it appears I was wrong on the time frame. According to the change request, done issues are removed after just 24 hours.
