Hi, I have a client who is facing this issue since 2 days ago.
They're a JIRA Cloud user so they can not access to the JIRA Logs to see if the Mail Handler is not recieving the mails with the ticket information or if the Create Issues permissions of that mail aren't correctly condigured.
