JIRA SD: customer's portal customization

Hello,

We'd like to  to modify the design of the customer portal page in a Service Desk project, and for that reason the development we'd like to know :

• how to update Javascript code,
• where the css files and styles are kept before they appear in the cache.

 
There is a feature request open on the subject , but I wonder, if someone has any positive experience.

@Katya Godneva making customizations to the base code is really hard to maintain. There are apps like refine that allow you to make customizations without editing the code.  I would suggest taking a look at that.
