Why does JIRA send me new mails every hour? I dont have new issues! Only Old In progress issues

Hello Viktar,

The flag option you're talking about will only work when your JIRA filter does not found Any issues, so if your filter is returning any issues it will keep sending the e-mail not matter if it's old or new issues.

What I recommend you to avoid this problem is to use a field (Maybe created date) which will differentiate your old issues from the new ones, so you will be able to add this field to your JQL filter and exclude the old issues from the filter and avoid the e-mail subscription to be sent when you don't have any new issues.

Right, something like:

project = br and created >= -1h

to get ones created in the last hour.
