JIRA Service Desk LDAP xml location

I am running JIRA Service Desk v3.2.1 on Windows Server 2008 R2.

For some reason LDAP settings have disappeared. Is there an .xml or other file I can recover the settings (eg. from a backup of the server)?

Now I'm getting the error, when synchronising

"Last synchronised at 27/09/16 5:50 AM (took 0s).

Synchronisation failed. See server logs for details."

Does anyone know where said log is?

Hey,

I restored a backup of the VM hosting JIRA Service Desk and copied the settings across.

When I do "Save & Test" all the settings disappear.

Any thoughts?
