I have an installation with 100 JIRA software users + an installation (in the same server of JIRA Software) of JIRA Service Desk with 3 Agents.
Then I have 50 customers who are NOT users of JIRA Software and are NOT users of JIRA Service Desk (as agents I mean).
If I will use a SSO Plugin for JIRA (
SAML/Kerberos Single Sign-On (SSO), JIRA from Kantega
in example)
I haven't figured out how many SSO licenses to buy? 100 + 3 (103 in total) why the sum of 50 JIRA software users and three JIRA Service Desk agents? or 100 + 3 + 50 because I also have 50 customers?
we are the developer of the SAML Single Sign On (SSO) for Jira, so not the Kantega one but one you may have tested too.
We have a Knowledge base article one how to calculate the License sizes for a typical marketplace plugin in regards to Jira.
https://wiki.resolution.de/display/SSSO/Which+License+size+do+I+need+for+the+Plugin
While this certainly applies to our plugin, it will most likely be the same for Kantega as it should be for all paid-via-marketplace plugins.

Christian
thanks for answer @Christian Reichert (resolution) (I confirm you your plugin is the second one of the list of plugins I'm evaluating)

Hi Kalos and Christian.
I can confirm that the same pricing applies for the Kantega SSO add-on.
Thanks for testing our product out.
