Is it possible to integrate JIRA- Service-Now. If yes, Is it possible to automate automatic assignee? What are the benefits we'll get when we use this integration?

Thanks for the response. Currently we are using service now and don't have a "Auto assignee option when user creates issue in portal" we wanted to bring up the similar functionality, Is it possible to achieve this requirement with this plugin?
