Hi Jean-Paul,
what JSD features are you missing? Did you freshly install JSD or did this just happen?
Can you create JIRA Service Desk projects?
Regards
Nick
The ServiceDesk and JIRA are both a clean install, and have just been installed, I am missing the complete ServiceDesk option, or, I am missing where I can find it.

Go to Administration (gear icon) -> Applications -> Versions & licenses
You will see there the status of your Licenses and see what JIRA Applications are installed.

So I guess JSD is installed and is supposed to be ready. Try to create a JIRA Service Desk Project.
Projects -> Create Project -> See if you can create a Service Desk Project
And be sure that the user you are logged in with has JIRA Service Desk Application access (usually the group jira-servicedesk-users grants by standard JIRA Service Desk access).
If there is nothing related to JSD, try restarting your JIRA and have a second look afterwards.

I feel dumb right now haha, I definitly did not see that button, I am used to the old style (been 2 years since I used it) where you can a create button for tickets and a " service desk " button :)

No need to feel dumb. The JIRA UI changes again and again. ;)
I was happy to help.
