Good Morning. Since last 24 hours, we were unable to access our JIRA cloud site. It is saying "

We have active credit card details already added to this account. Anyway after seeing this we did updated another credit card. But still nothing happened. Also, I raised ticket to Support 24 hours before. But no response till now. Since this is affecting our complete development team, we need your immediate attention on the same. Please let me know, who should i contact to get immediate support.

I can understand your feeling and current situation. But, I think as you have contacted support and raised this issue they are the best PoC to sort this out.
This is a community so we can't directly fix your current issue.
Hope your issue gets sorted out ASAP.

I thought of speeding up the process somehow. While searching different mode of contact, I landed up here. Looking forward to get that resolved before Monday atleast(start of week, more to do on JIRA)
