JIRA and Zendesk integration

Hi, 

Before I have integration by ServiceRocket plugin, but now I have tried to change to classic Zendesk for JIRA. It is not working correctly, 

1. I have exchanged between 2 systems OAuth.

2. But did not work any links from JIRA server edition. 

 

How I need troubleshooting?
