Our system went down two weeks ago, and when we got it back up, we noticed that all Customer Notification emails are only showing plain HTML with no CSS styles.
When I go into Customer notifications and have it send me a test email, the styles are all there. But when it comes to actual emails sent to users, it's as if the CSS isn't there.
This is happening on multiple email clients (Outlook, Gmail, etc), too.
Anybody know why might this be occurring?

Go to Administration -> System -> Default User Preferences and check the setting for "Default outgoing email format"
