JMWE post-function

Hello Community,

I have created a post-function called "Create issue" from Project A to project B. Now, based on the particular status in project B (in my case while changing from Test execution to Deploy), I would like to create another Task to project C which I want to make sure that is connected/related to project A as this is still the same issue, but need to be executed in two different teams (project B and C).

For this purpose, I still use the same post function "Create issue", but I am stuck with Conditoinal execution which will be checking that the Task from project C is connected to the one from Project A. Any help with this one? Thanks
