JQL for all the time spent on service

how to get a jql for all the time spent without service, even if the status stays tuned for 1 full day, after closing this service, I want to know the total time spent in this service.

JQL finds issues, not the data from them.  This leads me into the next question, in that I don't know how you are defining "service" or "time spent without service", or "if status stays tuned".

Could you give a bit more context to your question?  Define what a service is, explain the process and expectation.  (Time spent will become clear when we know that, I think)
