I am setting up some basic metrics for our JSD. I want to use the Created vs Resolved report but am finding that the report always shows zero (O) for resolved. Our workflow places all closed tickets in a "Done" status - we are not using the Resolution field.
Anyone know what field or value the report is looking for so it can count the resolved tickets? Thoughts on how I can get an accurate count for the report? Thanks!
The date the resolution last changed from <empty> to something <not empty>

You will need to take account of resolution in your workflows if you want most of Jira to report accurately.
