When a JSD Customer logs into the Help Centre they are unable to see any existing requests that they have raised or have been raised by anyone on their company. Significantly, the display shows the text undefined-undefined of undefined.
Note: We are using Ultimate Theming for Service Desk

It looks like an add-on misconfiguration/behavior.
Can you please try disabling the Ultimate Theming for Service Desk and see how it goes?
