JSD: Customer comment showing as "internal" when responding via email

-Only happens when customer responds via email

-The customer is not an agent

-The customer only has access to the customer portal

-We do not use a 3rd party mail handler addon for JSD

-I am running a server license

 

I thought only agents could post internal comments.
