We use jira service desk for our external customer support, but when I go into another JIRA (not service desk) project my JSD customers appear as I am setting up roles for my internal users
This is quite hard to read as a question. You have two Jira systems and have customers appearing in both, as they're supposed to. Could you explain what is wrong?
We have the same issue. We are seeing the customer emails from our JSD project showing in the Assignee selection dropdown of our non-JSD projects. Can you please explain how to resolve this?
