JSD INCOMPATIBLE WITH JIRA SOFTWARE

Jira software version 8.11.0 is compatible with JSD 4.11.0 then why a incompatible version error wud occur only while updating the licence key for JSD 4.11.0 AFTER DWNLDNG . Any idea?

If you're getting an incompatible licence error, then you're trying to apply an invalid licence key

It would be more useful to see the actual text of the error than your interpretation, and a short list of the steps you've taken to update the key would be very helpful in debugging this.
