We are curious if there is a way to list all of the attachments in the "My Requests" view of a service desk issue.
Right now all attachments are in-line with comments and it can be difficult to locate an attachment in a long chain of support.
Do you know of any add-ons that enable this? Can it be enabled by modifiying some velocity template?

This Answer Thread talks about the similar topic as yours here. Out of the box JIRA does not have such feature, please do vote on JSDSERVER-4646.
There is no JSD source code that is available publicly as of for now - you can't customize how it works.
