×Recently we have noticed an issue with our Jira instance relating to the New/Old view of Jira tickets. Our tickets that are part of a project running the JSD plugin are having an issue with the New view that was pushed to our instance months back. Previously there was the ability to switch to the Old view, but the New view was the default. Today there was a shift in this and the New view is no longer available and all tickets associated with the JSD project are defaulting to the Old view.

The new issue view can be enabled and disable thought the profile settings and this configuration can be changed for each user, it not applicable for the entire site.
Can you please go to your Profile picture > Settings? On this page, it will show the Jira labs where the option is available.
