Jira 7.12.3 performence improvement

Information about mu Jira:

-Jira Software 7.12.3

-Jira Serivce Desk 3.15.3

-Total issues: 137 K

-Users: 100

-System: Windows Server 2016 with 8 GB

-JVM: Initial: 512 MB, Maxiumum 2.5 GB

Problem is performence. Sometimes Jira work real slow. On this moment my memory statistic look like this:

Total Memory     2494 MB
Free Memory     263 MB
Used Memory     2231 MB

What the best setting of JVM Memory will be in my case?

Hi @Tomasz Bryla,

I would first increase the memory amount allocated to Jira (to about 4096m total).
