Jira Assets DC - Filter for attribute values not showing more than 10 values
Sorry, I realize this question should have been created in the Jira Service Management category - I didn't check when I was creating it.
Hi all,
Is there a way to configure Jira Assets to show more than 10 attribute values in the drop-down list when you filter for an specific attribute in the object view?
Our database is not very big, but we still have more than e.g., 10 different models of a certain device. I know you can type in the search field for narrow down the models, but it's not a great approach, especially if you are looking for a model name beginning with e.g. "As" and you also get results including "as" anywhere in the name. It also adds an extra level of complexity when training our users.
How do you deal with searches using the drop-down filters?
