Hello! We suddenly stopped receiving Jira email notifications earlier today. I checked my spam folders and set up rules, but they're still not appearing. Using the NOTIFICATION HELPER, I tested to see if the notification schemes were configured properly (they are).
I also used the SEND EMAIL TEST feature, and received a test submission—still no updates about new issues, comments, modifications made though.
I also tested SMTP connection for outgoing mail, and the Jira system said the connection was successful.
I then tried to see if there was an issue with Mail Queue; but when i tried to access the folder on the ADMIN section, it delivered an error page (after taking 1 minute+ to load).

When ever you encounter any Atlassian product issues, I would request you to look for this Status site. The site provides the real time issues or bugs being worked by the Atlassian team.
And for your query their is no active incident, So, to me it looks like a block in the email server. I would request you to reach out Atlassian support team to check and remove the same from their end.
