Jira Email This issue: Put select list for templates above body

Hi all,

is there any way to put the select list for the email templates above the body text? If you have multiple templates the first thing to chose would be the template. Now you have to scroll to the bottom to choose the correct template which makes it a possible failure trap for users. I know you can set a default template but this sets the subject and this does not refresh on changing the template.

Unfortunately, this is not possible by configuration.
