I am hitting this issue from both sides as I am not getting anything distinctive in logs. We have Mattermost as our in house messaging system and we got a plugin to allow Jira and Mattermost to communicate back and fourth. Mattermost will update Jira with i.e. Ticket creation, comments, assigning tickets...etc, but Jira won't send notifications to Mattermost even though I have setup subscriptions and a webhook? Has anyone ran into this problem?
