Hello! is there a way to create Jira Software Server- Slack notification for overdue tasks? not in email, just the notification in slack.

There is no App that does this yet.

This is something you can do with Jira's Automation. In Jira Cloud, automation is built-in, but on Server it does require installing an app:

• Automation for Jira Server 
• Automation for Jira - Server Lite (same app/functionality, just free and has some limits on how many rules you can run)

I've written a full article here on Community about sending daily messages to Slack about issues that meet certain JQL criteria. You can follow these instructions and simply swap out the JQL filter to one that matches the overdue issues you want to send a notification to Slack about.
