Hello Forum,

we are thinking of a combination of Jira + Service Desk + Confluence or our organisation.

We also want to use Confluence as a knowledge base. May we attach files to confluence articles for this purpose?

Are there other possibilities available to offer our customer-organisations documentation within the platform?

Regards

Yes, you can attach files to Confluence pages.

There are loads of alternatives for documentation, but if you're using JIRA and Service Desk, Confluence is by far the best one to go with because it offers more integration than the alternatives (e.g. you can create Confluence pages directly from issues)
