Jira Service Desk: Create Filter with ability to search for location in AD user

Hello together,

I want to create a filter in Jira SD to look for tickets which were created from users at a specific location or site. For example, we've got some emloyees at different sites and they only want to filter the tickets, which were created from users at their site.

OOTB you would need to have a 'location' custom field or use groups by location to achieve this. I have seen others refer to Scriptrunner's ldap_resources  to achieve this though I have not personally attempted.
