Jira Setup Error

Hi 

I cant setup Jira Core Server verison. I tried 4 diffrerent pc or server but not start jira homepage. I take all time same error.

I applied more fix and  steps but i cant be succesful.

Hi Abdullah,

Can you let me know the first of Jira you're installing as well as your database and JAVA versions? 

Please let us know the exact steps you're taking to setup Jira on your server.

Lastly, it'll help to see a bit more of your log files to know the issue, so if you can provide the full error message from your server logs it will help to diagnose the issue.

No, my problem is not solved unfortunately, I could not make jira server installation on my computer, repeatedly trying on 5 different computers and check all the steps in the help pages. :(

My apologies, I hadn't seen your response.

1. I previously asked if you could let us know how exactly you're setting up Jira. Which steps are you taking in order to install Jira?
2. I also previously asked about your database version, but did not receive that information. Can you confirm your database version?
3. Which steps are you able to complete before you run into the error?
4. I'm not able to load the link you sent that contain your log files. Could you send me the snippet again where Jira attempts to start?
5. Last question, as I wasn't able to see a license associated with your email, but can you confirm you do have a valid Jira license that you're using to set up?

@anas khan Abdullah's question is about a setup error he gets while trying to install Jira. If you are having issues developing an add-on for Jira, this is a different issue. My recommendation would be to raise a question at the Atlassian Developer Community. They will gladly assist you with your problem.
