Jira e-mail notifications and filtering
What's the best way to set up consistent e-mail filtering for Jira notifications?
My team is trying to set up e-mail filters for Jira mentions so they don't miss important information.
It seems that there are different types of notifications. Some contain the Jira mention in the subject, as below where Katerina mentions Jordan:
Some have the mention in the body of the e-mail, as below where Eric mentions Jordan:
With the different forms of notifications, how can the team set up filters to catch mentions consistently?
And, out of curiosity, what is leading to the two different notification types? I've confirmed that Jordan is a watcher on both issues. The first e-mail was from before a Jira update, the second is from after. I'm not sure if the update is the cause for the change in format.
