Jira incoming mail handling

Hey,

I looking for solution to be able trigger a transition  when title of email will have some number for example we had an issue xx-1 with summary "something important #3"  and client send to Jira email wit title: "reply to something important #3"  then this listener should be able execute transition through work-flow  also get this number "#3" to custom field
