We have recently upgraded postgres Jira database from 13 to 15.7 and JIra 9.11.2 to 10.3.4
After the upgrade, nodes are going down frequently with heap memory issue. simple user search operations making jira server down.

In fact we tried to search issues and Jira is getting down. Any clues or anyone experienced it so far.

We are working with Atlassian team from last 4 days with no solution. It's happening in production.

Hi @Neeraj Rath ,
Welcome to the Community !!!

Kindly share the actioned performed already or report about it as 4 days gone already !!
Perform below checks:
1. Check the Database status for i/o call status, and heap size in use. Checkout https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/tuning-database-connections-938846864.html
2. Mostly the error related to your case would be of Database issue - With Jira update *IMP* IS TO CHECK FOR DATABASE LIBRARRY ALSO - jar version cause such issues.
3. Check out the Pool connection limit in dbconfig file (mentioned in link above)
4. Also check for openfile limit for the server - Ref https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/too-many-open-files-error-in-jira-server/

On top of all above, kindly provide the error mentioned in Log files. (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/useful-log-files-in-jira-data-center-1027120387.html)
