We have 5 site-admins for our Jira Core application. Now I installed Jira Service Desk. The 5 site-admins automatically count towards our license as jira service desk agents, but they do not even use the Jira Service Desk application (they are engineers). Is it somehow possible to keep the 5 site-admins for Jira Core without giving them access to Jira Service Desk?
Check Site administration -> Application Access in your Jira Cloud. I think the group your Site Admins are in may has Jira Service Desk Access.

Ok - thanks. That helped a lot: I made a new group of servicedesk-agents and removed group access for group site-admins. Now it seems to be the way I wanted it to be.
