Jira service desk number of agents

Good Morning,
My question is whether the amount of agents I have to buy from the JIRA service desk is the same as the one in JIRA ?.
Today I have a JIRA for 2000 users, and the need arose to acquire the service desk, can I buy a license for 250 and integrate into my JIRA ?.
Will this influence the creation of projects or the visualization of other users ?.

If possible could you also tell me if this scenario also influences the acquisition of confluence?

Hi Matheus,

you can buy a JSD license with agent number less than JIRA Core users. In your example, only 250 users can work as agents in your JIRA Service Desk projects.
