Hi - Is there a way I can populate the servicedesk request dropdown values from another source?

Example use case:

I'd like the AWS access request from customers to be dynamic and more interactive. Would like the first drowpdown to have services list eg: ec2 access, s3 access etc and based on the selection, would like to populate the available resources so the user can choose one precisely.

For intance the user choose the S3 from the first drop box, based on which the second dropbox lists all the available s3 buckets in the Organization. Its possible to periodically update the resource list to a db if Jira can look up a db to fill these details.

Thanks in advance
