Jira to Confluence linking

We current run Jira internally and Confluence in the cloud. The first time I tried to add a Jira macro, I was asked to approve the connection between Jira and Confluence, I did and it worked. I have then been able to add links without an issue.

I have a new user that has tried to do the same thing, they are asked to approve. They approve and receive a screen confirmation message, that it was successful. However, when they tried to add the macro again they are asked to approve again, which is successful and still they are asked to approve again.

Any suggestions appreciated.
